  3. We will review your application and confirm your booking via e-mail.  Non-refundable security deposit of $10.00 must be received with application for reservation to be accepted and confirmed.

Responsibility & Liability If your application is accepted by BVP, you will be fully responsible, financially liable, and will indemnify BVP for all costs, damages, injuries, losses, liability, and all other risks that occur (excluding only for normal wear and tear); but including all risks to yourself, your property, those attending with you and their property, BVP's Facilities, and third parties and their property; for damages and losses directly or indirectly caused by you and others in your group (if any).

Terms & Conditions for B&B On receipt of your Reservation Request, Bayview Pines ("BVP", a subsidiary of Black’s Bay Lodge) will review it, and if acceptable, will send a Confirmation of Reservation to you by email within 48 hours.  You are responsible to:

a) Review BVP’s printed sales literature that was provided to you (if any), as well as the electronic files on BVP’s Internet website ( http://www.bb-manitoulin.com ), and be fully aware of the risks, conditions, suitability for your purposes, and limitations associated with this reservation and accommodation prior to submitting your Reservation Request;

b) Provide in this Reservation Request all relevant information on a “utmost good faith” basis, so that BVP can correctly assess the fee, and the risks involved with your intended use of BVP's Facilities;

c) Pay the non-refundable Security Deposit ($10.00 per room reserved) with your Reservation Request; and

d) Pay the balance of the fee in full at least one (1) month prior to the start of your reservation period, or pay with your Reservation Request; whichever is last to occur.  If you fail to pay on-time, your Reservation can be cancelled by BVP, and you will forfeit your Security Deposit.

All funds paid by you will be held by BVP pending BVP’s review and acceptance of this Reservation Request. If your Reservation Request is not accepted, the entire amount will be promptly refunded to you. All Reservation Requests and resulting contracts are subject to the terms and conditions listed here.

Once BVP has accepted this Application, the resulting contract cannot be canceled, assigned to a third party, nor modified except as expressly permitted by BVP in writing; and thereafter the Security Deposit and fee will be non-refundable; whether or not you are subsequently willing and able to utilize the booked reservation.
